Originally IngPro Ltd was established to support companies in outsourcing to Central Europe; from building supply chains, purchasing products, right up to establishing whole new manufacturing facilities for clients.

However, it became increasingly obvious that before relocating their manufacturing, or even outsourcing elements of their production many companies could benefit from an impartial and critical review of their manufacturing strategies. This often included looking at alternative options, and what could be done on the existing sites by making a step change in productivity to deliver improved profitability and cash flow. 

As a result IngPro Ltd has become heavily involved working with clients on Manufacturing Strategy, Productivity Improvements, Outsourcing, and Training to sustain and develop the benefits achieved
