IngPro Limited
Manufacturing: Strategy - Productivity - Outsourcing

About Us

IngPro Ltd was established in 2005 by Paul Sefton to support companies in outsourcing to Central Europe. Typical projects included building supply chains, purchasing products, right up to managing whole new manufacturing facilities for clients.

However, it became increasingly obvious that before relocating their manufacturing, or even outsourcing elements of their production many companies could benefit from an impartial and critical assesment of their manufacturing strategies.

This often included a review of alternative options, and what could be done on the existing sites by making a step change in productivity to deliver improved profitability and cash flow.  As a result IngPro Ltd has become heavily involved working with clients on Manufacturing Strategy, Productivity Improvements, as well as outsourcing and training to deliver sustainable business improvement.

Paul has managed international businesses, in Europe as well as Asia. In these roles Paul has developed extensive experience of creating competitive business strategies that can be understood and implemented by the whole workforce whilst delivering real shareholder benefit.

Paul started one of the first British manufacturing companies in Czechoslovakia in 1992 and lived there from 1992 till 1997.  In addition to being Managing Director of the Czech manufacturing hub, Paul started sales and service companies in Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, & Romania.

More recently Paul has worked with the National Skills Academy for Manufacturing on supply chain improvement programmes, as well as being an advisor for the New Automotive Innovation & Growth Team whose independent report on the Future of the Automotive Industry in the UK was published by BERR in 2009.
